Thomas W.
Reichert, Chairman
Tom
Reichert was appointed to the Dickinson Municipal Airport
Authority by Mayor Henry Schank in 1993. He was then
elected chairman of the Authority in 1994.
Tom is a graduate of St. John's University in Collegeville,
Minnesota, and has been practicing as a certified public
accountant in Dickinson, North Dakota, since 1974. He
is a partner in the accounting firm of Reichert, Fisher
& Co., P.C., which has offices in Dickinson and
Williston, North Dakota.
Mr. Reichert, who is a life-long resident
of Dickinson, North Dakota, is a private pilot and has
been involved in aviation in the Dickinson area most
of his adult life. He and his wife, Pamela, have three
adult children.
Jon Frantsvog,
Vice Chairman
Jon
Frantsvog is an avid pilot who earned his license in
1977, Instrument rating in 1981, and Commercial Pilot
Certificate in 2001. He earned a bachelor's degree in
Healthcare Administration in 1982 from Concordia College,
Moorhead, MN. Jon has been working in the health care
field since college.
Jon moved to Dickinson in 1998 when he became the Administrator
of St. Benedict's Health Center. He has been a member
of the Airport Authority since February 2000, and became
Vice-Chairman in 2001.
He is currently finishing his term as
a member of the executive board of the Chamber of Commerce,
a member of the Dickinson Rotary Club, Vice-Chairman
of the Dickinson State University Nursing Department
Advisory Committee, member of the Executive Committee
of Healthy 8, and volunteer pilot for AngelFlight.
Charles
Krug, Secretary/Treasurer
Charlie
Krug joined the airport authority in 1991 and is currently
serving as the Secretary/Treasurer.
Charlie has been a pilot for 40 years
and recently retired as a Helicopter Crew Chief after
20 years with the North Dakota Army National Guard.
He is also an instructor check pilot for the Civil Air
Patrol. Charlie has worked at Johnston Fargo Culvert
and Tank, Inc. since 1986, and he is currently the area
manager. He resides in Dickinson with his wife Betty
and spends time hunting and flying.
Craig Steve,
Board Member
Craig
Steve graduated from Moorhead State University in Moorhead,
MN with a degree in Finance. He is currently the owner
of All American Travel in Dickinson. Prior to owning
the travel agency, Craig owned a farm equipment business
along with being employed in the banking and farm equipment
field. He joined the Airport Authority in 1994.
Craig is a member of the Dickinson Elks
1137, Dickinson Rotary Club member, current member and
past President of St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation,
member of St. Joseph's Hospital Board of Directors,
Dickinson Public School's Foundation board member, member
of the Dickinson Convention and Visitor's Bureau Board
of Directors, Dickinson Baseball Club board member,
and past chair of Dickinson Shrine Circus.
Craig resides in Dickinson with his wife
Linda and his two children.
Bob Zent, Board
Member
Bob
Zent has been farming since 1978 when he and his family
moved back to Dickinson from Fargo. Zent, a private
pilot, was appointed to the Dickinson Municipal Airport
Board in December of 2000.
Bob graduated from Dickinson State College
in 1969 with a bachelor’s degree in secondary
education and major in business administration.
In addition to the Airport Board Authority, he currently
is a trustee for St. Wenceslaus Parish, a Stark County
Commissioner, Stark County Social Service Board member,
Stark County Zoning Board member, Financial Secretary
for K of C Council 8839, Comptroller for Fourth Degree
K of C Assembly 790, Stark County Job Development Authority,
member of Stark County Local Emergency Planning Committee,
associate member of ND Emergency Mangers Association,
and Safety Officer for the Dickinson Civil Air Patrol
Squadron.
Bob became involved with and interested
in the airport board through association with other
pilots at the Dickinson Airport, seeing the importance
of promoting and growing the local airport.
Bob and his wife Gini live on their farm
near Dickinson with one of their five children: Gene
and his wife, Tania and their two children.
Matthew Remynse, Airport Manager

Matthew graduated from the University of North Dakota in December
2006. He graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Airport Management. While
attending UND Matthew was member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity, Student Ambassadors and Greeks in
Action. Matthew holds a private pilot certificate and is a Certified Member of the America Association
of Airport Executives. Matthew is originally from Lansford, ND. |
